Hi - apologies if someone has already posted this - I am new to the forums.  Been playing WGT for a couple of years now with no issues and all of a sudden in the last week I cannot putt at all as the green grid goes absolutely nuts.  Seems to be most courses but no issue with the first green at Pebble Beach - second green on goes nuts.  Have tried clearing all browser and Flash caches with no results.  Seems odd that this just showed up recently.  Anyone have any info?  As of right now I cannot even get through a round - grr!

    Hi JonDubya,

Last time I saw this issue it was caused by a corrupted version of Flash or was Opera browser specific. Have you tried a different browser to see if this is across all browsers? You could also try un-installing Flash and restarting your computer, then going to Adobe's website to download the latest version of Flash. This would remove the corrupted Flash file, which can happen if you updated Flash recently.

    All the Best,

I've  had  this problem  for  months  and  it  comes  and  goes but  most  of  the time  i  have  it.  The  only  course  not  affected  is   Olympic  front  9.  I   have  tried  uninstalling  flash  sometimes  it  works.  Sometimes  it  fixes  itself. Wgt  have  not  got  a  clue  how  to  fix  it  they   stopped  answering  my  emails   about  it  .  So  good  luck  your  on  your  own .

Tried a different browser - IE11 with the ActiveX Flash plugin v20 and it seems to be working fine.  So yeah I concur that something is hosed up with my Google Chrome and the built in Pepper Flash it is using.   I hate to uninstall Chrome just to force a reinstall of Flash but not sure how else to be sure it is really completely cleared out - any ideas?

Tells you here on Adobe site.

Download the uninstaller and run it.

Close Chrome. In windows explorer, navigate your way to your Chrome profile folder, named 'Default', then rename it. Something that makes it look out of place, like 'sausages', is good.

    C:\Users\~your username~\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

Now open Chrome and it will create a new profile for you. If the game now runs okay, then something is screwed in your 'sausages' folder.

If the game is still messed up then you can delete the new default folder and rename the 'sausages' one back to 'Default'.
