not quite right

  i am at level 91 and in australia. lately things are not quite right. for example : the connection keeps dropping out, sometimes up to 3 times in one round of 9 holes therefore having to go through the whole starting up process again for each time it drops out. if you change your landing point from what is shown on the screen, it doesn't seem to matter it, it goes where the screen said and not where you wanted it to go. you can hit say a 3 iron (which is around 160 yards) on one hole it goes 180yds, another 140yds, and sometimes around the correct distance (and yes i am taking into account the wind.) is any one else having similar problems or is it a internet problem in australia. signed KORANA.

  Both sh*t happens. Discons have been around long time and seem to be increasing since a year or so. IMHO, WGT's servers are too sensible to short interruptions, but that's just an opinion and nobody takes responsibility, I'm afraid.

  Distance variation may be a part of the game and is often said to be heightened by involuntary club changes. Difficult to spot, so it only helps to eagerly follow a thorough pre-shot routine.

  Some say that the shots have become less reliable since yesterday's update. I can't tell yet.

  Edit: Didn't check your status and clubs. Adding to Michel's remark below, the Starter clubs are not very constant, and their lengths are varying significantly on slopes (mainly upslopes).

  You are tour pro level 91 playing with starter clubs and ball, maybe it's the right moment to buy some clubs, if you can

  I know some shots look strange sometime, but it's a video game. You can also read the forum, you will find so many infos to play better.
