Consecutive days played reward

  So I know there are a load of posts about this but thought I would add my 2c...

  I have 240 consecutive days, mostly from 9/18 hole games.

  WGT has an issue with people playing then leaving, hence the 10 million registered players, but only probably less than 10,000 actively playing.

  One of the most important aspects of any company is their ability to RETAIN customers. Otherwise you are in danger of being a Ponzi scheme.

  So WGT, how about a reward system for consecutive days played..maybe something like:

  1 sleeve of member's current balls awarded after 6 months consecutive play

  2 sleeves of member's current balls awarded after 9 months consecutive play

  etc....

  This would encourage us to continue our consecutive days played roll, and effectively cost WGT zip.

  Except a truck load of goodwill, and a lot of existing customers going, "wait...maybe I can get better at this"

  I think a better and more meaningful reward would be for every 100 consecutive days a free therapy session with a therapist  that could help you get a life other than staring at the monitor for days on end.

  Ok then...we visit a therapist who plays WGT.

   

  Problem solved.
