Hi OWN3R,
Don't worry about the threadjack, and if I can't take a little correcting then I shouldnt be posting in a public forum :-)
It was my understanding that once a shot was initiated, a stay alive and status message was sent to the server. The process of taking the shot handed over to the local machine and then the shot data fired off to the servers once again.
Anything programmed under flash should, theoretically, hand over time sensitive (<200ms) processes to the local machine.
However, as my flash programming skills are as rusty as my putting skills, take this with a good sized pinch of salt!!!
