You are nothing but a bunch of blood sucking pi## ons WGT.......7 games meter runs normal few spikes 7 GAMES minor/normal spikes.

Then enter RG late nite, friends list quiet, business as usual. birdie, birdie, par, then all hell breaks loose. (4th) par 4 drive... meter stutter hit early, but stays in the short stuff, approach another stutter 16 ft left of pin 2putt.(5th)drive anticipating stutter (which it does) then ZOOM through the f<>king hit zone push right one bounce (which has always stuck) imto the weeds lost ball. Pissed off, re-tee pull back as fast as I can and DING a perfect 321 yd drive, 235 2nd shot, wedge in 2ft putt for bird. #8 3mph wind 11@5 no problem right? Tee shot 1(not more then 2) pixels right of ding, (im liking it) bam hits green one bounce right...WET. 2 balls lost in one round (RG @ that). Could care less about the buck and a half balls. But what pisses me off is the MAJOR METER SPIKES for no apparent reason.

PS don't anyone tell me its my unit, clean this clean that clear this clear that jump through this hoop or that  hoop. Im totally fed up.  WGT KISS MY YOU NO WHAT YOU BLOOD SUCKERS. Can't wait till EA gets it together puts a comparable game together without the BULLSHHHIIIIT BETA or whatever the mickey mouse system your using for a meter function.

Yesterday was a bad day for the meter, one that stands out compared to how it's been for me over the last couple of months. I have been using Safari and have found it to be great, however yesterday I switched back to Chrome in the hope of less disruption. I'm hoping it's just a blip.

Yesterday was a pathetic day for the meter spikes. Played 2 games and logged off, the meter was that bad.  I'm getting used to meter skips, if you call it that, what really is annoying is the ones when you think you clicked the ding and find out it's stopped way short, causing the ball to go way left. Those ones you can't see, they sneak up on ya and go whacckkkk. I missed a 2ft putt yesterday too because of the meter. That's when I said, nahh this is no good and turned off, before I smashed the screen...lol

There is far too many people, with different types of Puters having the same problem, which makes me think there is something wrong at WGT's end.

I this morning was screaming at my monitor hoping WGT might take some notice.........

I was -5 going into Oakmont 6 in USGA tourney, playing my best yet, meter o.k appart from maybe 2 that skiped, but i managed to notice the meter before pressing so i was o.k, but as i was teeing the par 3 hoping for another birdie, i pressed my mouse but then, SKIPIDYDOODA...Meter decides not to stop on ding but skips an inch past, flying my ball somewher i never ever been or seen before.  I managed to get on green then a 7 foot putt for bogey then a meter pause, i could have made a cup of coffee before it decided to show again, but again it stopped where it felt like and not where it should have.  A ruined perfect round thanks to the imperfect lousy excuse for a meter.

Then to salvage my round, a 8 foot birdie on 7 i was about to press then 2 cm before ding meter skiped 2cm past.  Its getting to a point these Callaway balls are so buggy instead of giving you a totally smooth meter they skip just before ding most of the time, never totally smooth. But even on a demo video by the developers though you notice the meter skipping, and that was in 2008!! 3 years and nothing sorted.  Even on no budget most people would sort a problem like a smooth meter in 3 years?

First skip i noticed friend activity, so why the Fu@K doesn't WGT give us an option to turn our friends off completely while we play???  I've deleted most of my friends aswell to try and combat the problem.  It's ment to be a social game, but the meter is turning WGT anti-social!!

For all you who have had bad meters yesterday and today. I have a question. How does your browser handle flash updates? If it is automatic without any input from you, I believe Google chrome is one that does then you might have the newest version of flash that was released yesterday. Version 10.12

We all know who bad  almost everyones meter was when they released 10.1.
It was so bad that most of us uninstalled 10.1 and went back to t0.0. This could be your problem. I never have meter issues but after installing 10.12 yesterday I had the worst meter I have had in the year or so I have been on here. There is a post on here somewhere by WGTniv detailing how to uninstall a version of flash and going back to a previous version.

Nice find, btb. Iron doesn't do automatic  updates which is why yesterday wasn't a problem for me. ;-)

I tried 10.2 or whatever the new flash version was, didn't like the stuttery game, so i uninstalled it (the flash plugin, not actual flash) and went back t 10.045, game's better, except the odd stutter, but its the lesser of 2 evils
