  You would have to start it off without credit competitions.

  A couple of premium competitions a year offering prizes like free bus passes and retirement home vouchers.

  That should keep the young whippersnappers away.

  If there were no credits involved I don't see that the cheaters would be interested. Come on somebody, get organizing.

  Get the FBI or something to check all the ages players have submitted for surveys. Uh wait?

  There seems to be some interest in this idea, so we could require everyone who wants to sign up,  email in a copy of their AARP membership card, Drivers license, Birth certifcate,    and a DNA sample! J/K!
