Supersonic Is Stealing & Breaking The Vid Page

  For two weeks now the video page of Earn Free Credits has been almost impossible to navigate. Supersonic has installed a banner ad hidden below their normal video window, scroll down a bit below the More Offers. This banner ad is unbearable, it totally controls the whole page making it near impossible to view vids from the Carouse, True and even the Supersonic vid window itself. More frustrating is that the banner ad is showing the same vids that are normally in Supersonics view window. It seems like they are jacking up the view counts for their advertisers at the expense of WGT and it's players, as we are not receiving credits for the views. Can this be stopped, fixed, or at least made compatible so the other offers work correctly?

  All caches are cleared regularly, I check in on the page daily, never had this problem before this sneaky ad banner showed up and took control.

  Try using a different browser . I use Maxthon Cloud and have no problems with the videos . Both Supersonic and the carousel play fine . Hope this helps. :-)

  I sent a note about it to Customer Svc. They asked for screenshots, which I provided, thinking that something would be done about it. 

  Nope. Next message was basically saying they don't control the ads. Why waste my time with the shots when the sameoh lameoh response is going to be given? Oh yeah. And they gave me detailed instructions on how to clear cache. 

  For the first time, I'm really disappointed in WGT CS, and I told them that.

  You would think they could control an ad that is disrupting other companies ads. Maybe a message to Customer Service at Live Gamer (Carousel) and True, letting them know that their ads are being disrupted, might spark some action here.

  Not to mention these are the same ads that Supersonic gives a credit or two for. They are jacking up the view counts for their customers and circumventing paying out to WGT, (us), the credits for viewing them.

  Although it doesn't load as frequently, it does load and do its thing sometimes. 

  

  Now because of WGT I have 5 browsers on my machine. :^|

  I sent the following to Supersonic, not that it will do any good. If WGT is of a mind, they have my permission to copy/paste it into their own message to the culprits. 

  Video viewer at WGT. Lately you have been putting up ads that hijack the scroll bar. As the page involved serves other providers, you are making it difficult to use the page since the screen is randomly being yanked to your ad. I also question the ethical nature of this. Viewers, members of WGT, are supposed to be compensated for viewing. Your ad does not do this. Are you reporting views to the sponsors? If so, then we should be compensated.

  I could not get any thing (Carousel,video,surveys ect with Google Chrome. I tried this morning with Internet EX ,   and i got every thing back  got myself 400 credits .  GL

  Which all proves they have some cheez-it eating monkey programmers writing code for them ...

  This site has had nothing but problem after problem after major problem since Bandon Dunes in Dec. 2014 ...

  It's ashamed that things have been left to go to pot like this ... I bet they're losing players and revenue by the droves ...
