while forfeits are fine if a player is "hopelessly" behind and doesn't want to drag on the game,- it is unfortunate that whenever a player forfeits the experience points are gone too.- at least for the remaining player he/she should still be awarded the XP up to the current game progress.
Additionally, I was playing for about 60+ consecutive days. At one stage I only had time for 2-3 quick 3 hole games on the day but wanted to play anyway to keep the consecutive days played alive. Three times a guy left at the last hole and forfeited. as I therefore never "completed" a game, even though I received the coins, my consecutive games played record was cut. ... Not really a big issue, but I think as long as you win the game, even if someone forfeits, that should count....
