Harbour Town CTTH....

  After my first run-in with the mulch on #7 of Kiawah (an 8 in the end) I decided to give it just off full power with my 100 yard wedge with no spin. Rolled about 30 feet past.

  I see some of the players are still using premium balls to play the CTTHs sweeps. Not in the next million years for me!

  That's not even an investment I would consider. Too many risks (more than on any 9 or 18 holers) for a very slight chance of reward.

  While the mulch hasnt been an easy shot, I have taken a 95 yard club and hit it about 90% with no spin and been fairly successful keeping the ball dry and within 15 feet of the pin.  It does seem that the ball comes out to the left about 2 or 3 feet, not sure if that is the green or just the mulch.  Nice to see Harbour Town on the CTTH, not the greatest choice of shots though.
