Yes, they are valid questions. Regardless, the time involved. Since we still experience these problems.
As for contemplating using VPN, it is very valid. VPN would provide a consistent connection, then there may be less interference, hence a smoother meter.
As for a new account, well, I got to laugh at that one.
As for my skill level, my sarcasm is not bad at all. No, I don't play 24 / 7, hence why I am only level 110, and not at 120+. Perhaps I don't win as much as I used to, but hey, thats' alright also.
