Surely everyone has noticed the increase of quitters. Yesterday, I had a guy quit after his first drive went into the rough, which isn't a big deal, other than as you know, more points are scored for multi player games. The only way I can think of to expose these bums is to display their names. Maybe if we list their names, folks will hesitate to allow them into a game. Maybe also make this a sticky thread so we can add names as needed. Here's the first.

Who gives a @#%$^&, you people who cry about quitters drive me insane!!!!  For the last time ( i doubt it) If you play a random game with random people they will quit. Find some friends and play with them, they won't quit. We need a moratorium on quitter threads now. WGTicon are you reading this? JB

I agree, there needs to be a penalty for quitting multi-player rounds. It isn't fair and it is plain RUDE to just drop out on people because you hit a few bad shots.  I suggest WGT let us wager at the start of matches, wager credits on who will drop out first!  Not only would it make the game more interesting, it would shame the quitters into staying in the game. People don't seem to understand that it takes awhile to get a multi game going, then you waste your time on 2-3 tees making small talk and the person discons without a word. Rude and Unsportsman like, period, and there should be some kind of deterrent/penalty.

This is really sad.  I just played two girls, one a master, one a tour master. The tm birdies first hole, insults me while they joke to each other, they obviously knew each other, anyways hole 4 she misses an easy par putt and says "redo", and bails. Then after explaining to me that her friend gets "angry" and disappears, the other one leaves after the 6th hole.. I finished the round by myself, and I got a whopping 98 points for it. If all 3 or even 2 had finished, i would have received about 250 points. So when everyone says don't worry about quitters, blah blah, they are wasting our time.  There is a penalty for quitters quitting, but it isn't on them, it's on those that are left. So I suggest WGT change the rules, make it so that when you start a multiplayer game, or join one, however many people start the game, you get that amount of points regardless if one or more quit the round. It is not fair to those of us who NEVER quit.

Experience Points should be based on how many start the match.  Why penalize the one's that finish the match. And for as many points you need to advance levels, it isnt going to kill WGT to do so.
