It's good to cut away anything surrounding the scorecard data proper. It's also good to make the resulting picture 450 pixels wide, so that it completely fits into your forum post, like this:
For cutting away everything unnecessary in the screenshot, and for shrinking it to 450 pixels width, you can use the Paint software, available on every Windows machine. However, it's rather unwieldy. Here's a superb piece of lightweight free picture viewing & editing software that will allow you to cut away the garbage from screenshots very easily, just by dragging your mouse to draw a rectangle, then pressing CTRL+Y: IrfanView. For shrinking the scorecard, you can then press CTRL+R in IrfanView and enter 450 in the Width field. (But you can also specify the 450 pixels of width in this site's Insert Media pop-up window, instead of the default width of 550 pixels that you see there.)
