I have run into this before but I am trying to send out a group "my message" to 11 other members of my CC. You normally just type the first letter or two of their name and then click on them to add them to the recipient list. The problem is that there are two members that won't show up so I can click them and add them to the recipient list even though they are on my friends list. I tried to just type the full name and it still won't recognize them.
I love this site and WGT is great but the Country Club communication tools are not very good to be honest.
