    rjteeithi:

Why is it that Union Jack Fliers seem to get all bent out of shape when they they take the time to play 100+ rounds on one course, then set the MP challenge trap to some unsuspecting boob, and get beat by a cheating American? I mean its implausible that after all that preparing that they could possibly lose to a better player that just shows up at their course, right Pauly?

    wheres the pride man?

    What are you gibbering about?

None of the above applies to me, I don't ever play for credits.

    Another swing, another miss...

I assume that the comments made by some of you guys are based on the fact that you only play the game, but don't play real golf and hence don't understand why you "unexplainably" came up short on a hole and ended up in the water.

The flag on the said par five hole is attackable by a wedge,- a nine iron with high trajectory clubs at most. But not at all with a 165 yard club! The mid and long irons have a far to shallow trajectory to carry that far. they are meant to land shorted and roll a bit more. Same goes for the par 3 at Congressional. Yes your yardage might say you can get there but with virtually no dry land before the flag, no long iron can make it. Only chance you have is hit it longer and have a mid to longish putt down the hill left.

So don't blame the game,- as it simply follows the right physics and follows real life scenarios.
