as I'm a german it is possible for me to know not all meanings of "soon" - ok!
There are country Clubs with a Club-Level of 19. New Club-Levels from 17 up are coming soon??? What's the problem to give some benefits more?
As f.e.:
Level 18: 18 Superpasses + Club XP 15%
Level 19: Personal XP 7% ( means to add personal XP of 6% at Level 16 as well)
Level 20: 20 Superpasses
and completely new for the empty Level 17: Cours Notebooks (sponsored by...) if there was no sponsor: Officer-limit 7
would be nice to fill the empty Level 14 as for example: three balls (Callaway L33+).
last not least: Level 21: Club-logo for markers and flags?!
and - of course - the B A N K...
would be helpfull for paying out of prices by club-tournaments and other things to support clubs and club-managers.
Apropos: officers should have more possibilities to support the owner!
May be you read it - maybe you do something
