  Is it really necessary?

  I'm an exclusive mobile user, but IMHO we need integration, not separation of users due to different platforms although I'm sure your suggestion is well-intended.

  I second that request.  WGT seems to be splitting the mobile users off on most everything else so why not the forum?

  This has obviously been needed since the mobile release.

  Would it be that difficult to add a new section to the forum? C'mon WGT!

  Why? What is the point of that? And would you include those who play exclusively on the iPad as part of the mobile forum or would they need to be in a separate forum as well?

  It's all about help. You can't give someone directions to somewhere if you don't know where they are. If we stated what platform we were using it would make assisting people a little easier, or if there was a mobile section, anyone looking for help would at least start off in the right department, as would anyone wishing to offer assistance.

  It would help to identify those users with their different conditions and problems. Today, you have no clue if a user with meter problems needs to clear the Flash cache (PC) or to re-install his app (mobile). It's questioning back or blind guessing.

  One or two new sections in the "help" area would be nice, either "mobile"
  or "Android" and "I-Platforms".

  Yup, Scott's right, I've answered a few requests for help only to find out the advice I gave was a load of old shite because it wasn't relevant to mobile users.

  Just one sub-section to deal with mobile only problems would be good.

  Even if/when the game is fully integrated* there will still be problems/questions that are only mobile related.

   

  *I really look forward to that happening, I have friends playing on android/ios at the moment and I really would love for them to play with my pc using friends and me.
