Trying to transfer club ownership

  3 days ago I clicked the link in the owner's tools to transfer ownership of my club to one of the members. As of yet he has not received an email or anything with a link to accept the transfer. I emailed wgt at members@wgt.com and as yet have not even gotten a message back saying they received my email. Has anyone else had a problem trying to transfer ownership, or is there some other place he should be looking to accept?

  That link is leading me to the wgt homepage, where my friend updates are.

  That's what they gave me when we had a problem . Your friend has to accept emails from wgt ,   He should get a email to accept ownership .

  yes, he has it set to accept emails from wgt. nothing from them in 3 days
