Is the cup getting smaller?

  Seriously. I have noticed many putts that usually fall today are not dropping. Not saying there is any thing wrong with making putting tougher. Really with the new balls and equipment it is WGT's only defense. Check this is replay....

  Something's up, putts are breaking more or not breaking enough. I haven't been able to make anything in a few days.

  Not being a smart ass but I have actually had more LIP INS in the last 2 days than ever.  Almost saved one replay on BPB 13 as the ball lipped out, hung on back of cup for a split second, then dropped back in.

  These things come in waves.  Some rounds the cup is like a peach basket and others like a thimble.

  Jake,

  I actually noticed a few more lip ins as well. Im not really complaining, was just asking about the cup. I thought that putt in the replay should have dropped and wanted to vent a little.

  Simple explenation...If you're an accurate putter you'll get lip ins, if not accurate enough...Lip outs...

  I don't know about a smaller hole but the putter meter is acting like it's a driver (speeding up as it moves). Putting has gotten harder because of that.
