  So let me get this right. for all the trouble and losses that was caused you are going to replace the 7 and 8 dollar balls that people have used with a ball that they won't use that is 4.50 . not to mention that there was loss of money and other things.REALLY????. and you feel like this is a fair thing to those who spend hard earned money and are dedicated players to your site. We have a player xmas69 with a consecutive days played of 1250+ and has never ever even received a thank you for your dedication to him. I feel you need to rethink this !!! This is not how you treat dedicated people that are the reason you have a paycheck for you and your family.

  RG 101356 major error. Only 14 scores registered. My profile has me CONFIRMED TO having shot a 76, yet I received no payout

  Also, we will be running a login ball tomorrow to help give you back  the hits on the ball you wasted. Tomorrow just by logging in you will receive a Max Gold Shimmer ball. 

  When there are issues likes this we should receive a sleeve of balls of which we are currently playing with.

  The Max Gold Shimmer ball will just be removed from inventory!

  Such abysmal Public Relation.....most responsible Companies value their consumer....WGT appear to hold theirs in contempt, and treat them such......

  What should be an easy decision.....pay them the Credits they are due....you created the mess....and as a gesture of goodwill give a sleeve of balls to all effected by your incompetence...The balls as far as I'm aware cost you nothing....so why not be magnanimous for once.....

  Whilst it will not do much to help you appalling reputation regards Public Relations, it would be a good place to start rebuilding some goodwill...

  Good morning, yesterday morning I made the second round in the bracket ID313563 SA with a score of 29 ... then I segnalavate that I had shot?!?! ... Inviting me to repeat ... I tried and I went out error !! I am now ruled out with my opponent that is passed with a score of 38 !!!!! .. 100 cr thrown balls and consumption thanks !!!!!

  And also in Multi Round WK 31 Merion do not result in the standings despite having turned 30 !!!!!

  ridicoluous ..wgt ..sorry but not fair ur solution to ur bad , player will be banned id does something wrong and u get our money when u do update .ffs ..
