Number of Courses

  Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me.  In the stroke play mode I'm only able to access three courses but in the introduction it says there are nine courses available.  Could someone please explain why I'm only able to access three of them?

  There are 4 courses available for stroke play.  Oakmont, Bethpage, St. Andrews and Kiawah Island.

  There are many more available for Closest to the hole only.
