That is not even close. Heisenberg's uncertainty principle only applies to things at the scale of the sub-atomic (
Quantum mechanics).
Heisenberg's uncertainty principle says there is a fundamental limit to the precision with which certain pairs of physical properties of sub-atomic particles, such as a particles position and momentum, can be known.
When we measure the position of a sub-atomic particle we cannot at the same time determine that particle's momentum. If we measure the momentum of a sub-atomic particle with precision, we cannot then determine the particle's position.
