lee22sharon:
a totally lame reply.
the wgt forums do, and have, discussed many various subjects of interest since i first became a playing member in 2009, they are not mundane! only some entries.
however much you admire what "Google" can do i do not.
in my immediate search of the 2 dictionaries i have at hand on my desk the phrase "flounce thread" does not appear. in that moment of research of the 2 individual words there was not a satisfactory explaination that would allow me to put the 2 words together as a phrase that made good sense, hense the request for the user to explain. i wasn't trying to be flippent, just wanted to know what it meant.
i have many nickles yet to use. no offense was meant, none was taken! my nickle.
way to take my light hearted attempt to lighten up the thread and turn it negative =( lol!!
In the 10 seconds it took to search I got this:
Flounce
"when a member of an online community announces they are leaving, usually after a protracted disagreement with other members of the community."
You seem very lost. It's okay, some people should stear clear of modern society.
While we're on topic, maybe you're not fmailiar with the word mundane
"common; ordinary; banal; unimaginative."
I would have to say anything and everything in the world golf tour forums would fall under this catagory. Disagree? show me the thread proving otherwise!
Only person that has several posts that is non mundane would be YancyCan :)
