I have a question to see if this has happened to anyone...

I completed an offer for DiercTV for 8,000 credits expecting my accnt to be credited magically like it normally is. I finished the order and never got the credits. I now have DirecTV installed in my home and no effing credits.

I emailed both trialpay and WGT and they are both screwing me over. WGT says talk to trialpay, and trialpay says too bad, don't care. What can I do?!?

They are literally stealing $80 from me!

Thanks, I really hope to get this resolved.

............the problem is not with WGT but with your own systems and set ups

I believe it's 7 or 8 servers in use.  But if I remember correctly, WGT does not own their servers and information is not piped straight to them.  All shot information is bounced and relayed through multiple points before it actually reaches the servers or your computer.

I think you're right Jake. I don't recall the post or post date but Niv did and posted a trace of  shot or something showing the entire path that the information followed. I believe he stated that the only thing other than the path that it showed was a few lost packets,

E-mail WGT again and tell them that trial pay is not honoring your completed offer. And if you have proof such as your Direct TV contract to show them ,make a copy of it and attach it to your e-mail. WGT will make it right. They have already gotten rid of one company that did not honor a lot of their completed offers. The one before trial pay. Besides WGt gets a little pay from each offer so it is in their best interest to get Trial pay to honor any and all completed offers.
