That is the only time that I have a meter that stutters a lot. But I know when it will start so I try to avoid playing at that time.
this sounds like excuses. if the meter stutters you let it go and use it as a practise swing. there is nothing wrong with posting a bad score. you both sound like the type of people that will spoile the game for others if you hit a bad shot during a game
