Where is my credits ?

  I made a tournament for tour pro only in our CC , It had 150 credits for a purse, no one entered the tournament , WGT took my money !  WHY ?    

  I want my credits back WGT !!!!   

  This happened earlier in the week to another one of our members for 1000 credits .

  We want our credits back ...

  Here is an idea , If no one enters a tournament refund the credits to the host of the tournament ,, WOW     good idea !!

  You have to ask CS for it, otherwise they take it for a good cause: Themselves.

  I consider it to be dishonest at best , That money does not belong to them (YET) ..

  There are some questionable situations, I agree.

  But, read the T&Cs: They own the money(!) when you pay it, and everything in the game (credits, equipment) belongs to them anyway - they only kindly allow us to use it for a while, by license.

  The above tournament was for 1000 credits ,  The host made a mistake and was for champion tier only , No one entered the tournament because we assumed he would get the credits refunded ,,,  Give him his 1000 credits back !!

  This is weird: I'd expect an entry like "easy" for "Tees". Is it really empty?

  Yes it is wrong, but as stated by alosso, contact CS and they should refund the credits.

  Put simply, it is WRONG, but WGT often rely on people just saying "oh well. I will chalk that up to experience". Hence why there is no confirmation required.

  It is like in-game purchases of CC passes, hole in one, gifting at the end....most players will not complain.

  Not usually good business practice, but when there is virtually no competition.................
