Hi everyone....I need help. I set up a Stroke Play Bracket Tournament within my CC and used "easy tees" for the 1st 2 rounds, yet when we play, it's from the default tees. Is it possible to change tees from default to easy, or is this option pretty much a mute point? The course in question is St. George F9 (Rd1) B9 (Rd2). Someone please help me....very confused as to why the option of easy tees is presented, is showing as the set up I set for the course, yet is ignored....thanks in advance for the clarification...JimQ916 (Valley of the Sun Casual CC)

Dunno exactly for Brackets (yes I can select  "easy tees" but I don't finish it to verify), but for CC strokeplay tourneys, you can see the settings in the "CC open tournaments" tab when clicking on the blue tab for "Details".

    Give it a try!

Nope. You can select it, but it always reverts to default. It's been this way from the beginning.

Ok, thanks....now I have a question about regular CC tournaments I set up.....can I move the tees around for all tiers and all courses, or are they reverted to default? I'm trying to figure out how to move the tees around to make the courses play different every time they're played, but find some courses / tournaments I set up from the fronts go to defaults. Help me understand. I know I can set green speeds, but not sure about the tees.

It works as described in the creation window.

In Advanced Options, you may leave the tees at "Standard" which means, each tier plays his own tees, or you can fix the tees to one set for all. If you chose "easy", you will create one of the much-discussed "red tee" tournaments.

IMHO, with any fixed choice, the competition will be to the disadvantage of the lower tiers because then they have to match the big guys from the same distances but without their long-hitting clubs.

"Custom teeboxes" is a more rewarding option. There, you may set the teebox for each hole separately, getting the brain in action.

    It works - have fun!
