I have known Pat for 2 years on WGT.

This man cares deeply about others, is always willing to lend a hand, and backs up his words with action.

    It's as simple as that.

    PaulTon:

Strange thread, looks like someone (or more) with an agenda.

Let's not all start turning into curtain twitchers spying on the neighbours here.

Cravendale's business is there own, move along nothing to see here.

    My tannersworth.

Sholovin started the thread I alluded to. Willie mentioned he hauled in a bunch. I have no idea why these threads are popping up, or what is going on with Cravendale. Odd that none from their CC have addressed this. But I agree it is their business.

Just one more odd thing in wgt?

Craven Dale isn't even a year old yet. I'm one of the old timers, if you can call it that.

    :^)

Early on there were severe growing pains. We got up to 250 members a couple of times. I do know the reasoning behind many of the changes including those that look odd to folk on the outside scratching heads in wonder. I am not at liberty to discuss them here. Don't expect Sue to explain. She has been bashed in the forums before. Once bitten, twice shy, and all that.

Suffice it to say, we few are having a blast at Craven Dale.

Please, everyone, try to give Sue and Mike the benefit of the doubt. I find them to be among the nicest and most generous people I've had the pleasure of knowing.

No hidden agenda, I was in Craven Dale and other Country Club's in the past and have sponsored many tournaments. I currently just have myself and a close friend in a Club I created.  This month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I was just trying to sponsor some credits to a large Club and do something good. In hind sight I guess I should have just left all alone. Not a big deal. Apologies to all!

"She has been bashed in the forums before. Once bitten, twice shy, and all that. "

She posted a misguided mail by one of her directors without first reading it ? (her words)...It was brought to her attention because folks thought she drafted it; or at least read and approved it...that's all.

Certainly no "bashing" and no reason to hide.

Anyway, bigger issue is that she is doing ok physically. Pleased to hear that she is.:)
