Mouse pointer is off center

  Hey guys,

   

    Just started experiencing a problem, in that my mouse pointer isn't where the screen thinks it is.  I can't figure it out, but when I go to hit "tee off" for instance, I have to have the mouse a couple of inches to the right of the box.  Any ideas, as I am a novice at these things, would be appreciated.

  Are these items true?

  - Firefox browser

  - recent Flash update to V23?

  => Change browser!

  Turning off Flash Protected mode solves this problem.
