players at Tm levels and Legend level are probably better players hmmmm a 61 average tm vs a 63 avg master same tees but have to play TM's greens where is the distance difference.
Since is a game and it loads every shot between players why not load each players conditions
lets see a 63 master playing a 63 average legend.
for the legend to be a 63 average he has over come the distance problem and can putt on his greens but to ask a master with shorter yardage even though he probably has almost the same equipement as the legend to play the legends green speeds is more the crippling to the masters chances of being even with the master
or why not give the option of choosing green speeds in a regular ranked 4some
