I complete virtually every match, win or lose, yet have been on yellow for more than a year.
Can you please explain this flaw or correct this flaw?

The flaw is yours:
A/S games are a lot of fun, but they don't count towards the completion rating.
On a further look I see the flaw: The FAQ on Completion doesn't show this limitation - it's incomplete :(
