  I have a question for those who play on mobile devices 

  does anyone have trouble after you get to a certain point level wise you have trouble logging in and have to start all over again . have to start a new account

  It seems that has happened twice now to my Dad and he plays on his Ipad . 

  anything we can do to keep this from happening again ???

  Normally when we see this it coincides with an update with players who have not saved their account. If you have trouble logging in to your mobile device, contact customer service.
