I looked at it before answering and was left clueless. Without your extra explanation we wouldn't know which score the "-7" was and if "13oqp" might be on an invalid course like Bo3.
And even now, I'm sorry to say that what you are showing to us doesn't mean a thing. On first glance, it's strange that you show three scores but name four average movements. Next time, please name the scores and double them for your own understanding.
Looking further, it becomes clear that it ain't this 29 you are talking about.
First, I looked up the 13oqp tournament - it's Kiawah, a legit average-moving course. Good.

So, I had to look at a lot of additional items (bolded) only to say to you that your recent first game as a Champ reset your average and average
calculation. This is the only possible explanation why a 29 score results in a 58 (=2x29)
average.
A bit much work that you leave to us while claiming "You could see..."!
