Yo WGT, how's a bout a Nike promotion b4 its all gone?

  Not sure where you got this from. Maybe you misunderstood CT's point. Sure, people play their usual balls in their normal rounds. 

  But when chasing levels, one would have to be an idiot, to use expensive balls. Everyone with a half of a working brain knows, that the fastest way to level up is playing a par 3 tourney and simply whiffing the ball off the tee 9 times per hole. And of course, you do that with a starter ball ;-)

  WGT gets zilch in this chase, so they'd be better off if they just let people buy the clubs. Once they have them, they'd break out the good balls again and spend more.

  Anyone want to bet that Nike has a yes/no vote regarding any promotion WGT might want to do regarding Nike clubs/balls?

  I'll bet "no," but if given the choice, I'm pretty sure it would have been "'yes."

  More money in the coffers; what's not to like? I've put more than a few coins in Uncle Phil's pocket this month, and I'm hardly alone.
