When completing groupon offers, I automatically receive WGT credits some of the time. To receive the other credits, I open up the WGT Offer support link and contact TrialPay. Trialpay makes the fix and my WGT credits are posted in a day or two. Now that I have done this about 3 times, the folks at TrialPay say, "it appears your account has reached the maximum instances of manual crediting" They suggested I clear my cookies or use an alternate browser. I really can use the 450 credits for a new driver.
1) Has anyone else figured out what the bug is?
2) Can WGT offer any support?
