No customer service

    Any of you ever been totally neglected by the WGT customer service dept?  I have written not one or two or three or even just four but 5 different times regarding two issues (both which are money related).  And they don't even have the courtesy to respond.

    I put a brand new Nike level 92 ball in play on a brand new game and after 3 strokes the software told me I needed another new ball.

    I also twice in the last two days took them up on their offer for the gold X balls (where again they got my money) but they didn't deliver the 6 promised golf balls.

    Something needs to be said for poor customer service... especially for not even responding after taking my money.

    Hi KTXN,

    Thank you for the post and sorry to hear you are having issues contacting customer service. I checked with our CS department and they confirmed that they have received and responded to each of your messages. Please ensure that you do not have messages from members@worldgolftour.com set to filter as spam in your email settings. Additionally, please try adding that address to your address book in your email account, this usually helps if messages are being filtered out by your email service.

    In truth CS have always been excellent when i have contacted them.

    Its always been when comps duplicate, i know the trick is if it goes past 7 or 8 seconds then cancel it off or you will get 2 comps. It works usually but occasionally does not.

    CS remove within 8 hrs and i appreciate that greatly as we need all 20 comps for our league and Tour.

    I did make a post elsewhere asking for poss 24 club comps, would help us and would prevent me pestering CS.........come on WGT, level 19 club and the "coming soon" is weraing a bit thin now.

    You aren't going to get 6 balls.  The ad says "
    *Special one-time offer for players that buy 2,000 or more WGT Credits 11/25/16-11/27/16, get 3 free Gold MAX Slow Meter Vapor (Hack+) virtual golf balls on a single purchase."

    Check your ball inventory to see if you received the 3 balls you should bet for the one time offer.

    i find CS to be very good - they cannot fix everything but they have responded to all my queries in a timely manner.

    ive bought stuff by mistake and entered wrong tourneys and they have refunded me pretty much every time.
