  look under bog report new cc owner iam having the same trouble had the email form the clubs owner click on the link and it dont work

  Is this option screwed up because I've tried to transfer ownership temporarlily as I will be unavailable for about 10 days or so.

  It has been screwed as long as I am an owner - my "temporary" task seems irreversible.

  After the order from the owner's tools by the old owner, the prospective owner should receive a mail with a link to confirm this action.

  We've experienced that the mail doesn't arrive, or that the link in the mail is dead.

  AFAIK, CS' help is marginal.

  customer service is your only option, i've been through the same problem twice and both times they had it sorted in quick order.
