The OP is talking about the game loading slow and how he is having trouble with that lately. His meter is not the issue here, the time it takes for him to actually get to use it is because it's taking too long to get loaded. (Yeah, I know-drink 151 rum, or something sophomoric like that-haha.)He has a legit complaint because it happens and it is maddening.
