After the clash came to an end, I looked in the CC t create page and we now mysteriously have 10 Course builder credits. As far as I could tell, we should have a balance of 2 builder credits, the free one and the one the club received for placing inthe top 500.  My question is...Is WGT handing out course builder credits to each player who participated in the clash, as it turns out that is the amount of participation from club members.

    Any thoughts?

    Play well

An event which took skill out of competition...........................I would suggest you tell WGT ways in which you would prepared to spend loads in return for badges.  They will supply whatever badge you wish...champ, winner, all time hero...you name it........If you want skill based it's up to you CC v CC or RG or weekly whatever, and no interest from WGT extending that part .............Return for almost no input dishing out winning badges to anyone that pays enough is good for them..........

Your CC would have to come in 500th or better...

I received a prize notification on 2 CC passes and one "Course Builder Currency", and our total is 13 now - realistic proportions considering our small participation and 300th place.

At first, I was excited about that as I thought "easy to get some for (virtually) free", but, when the news will spread, it won't be as easy to come in within the prize ranks. Thus, a Course Builder might be easier to receive and less expensive in the Pro Shop...

I'm still in a fog. I better read up on this thing abgain.

Right now, we have 10 slots for Custom Courses which we had before #37 Event plus we now have 22 available Course Builders.

One course builder is required to publish a tournament using a custom course.

    We have one custom course slot filled. Is 10 slots the standard for all clubs? At the moment, it seems any club member can create a course for one of the remaining nine slots. No cost but if you want to create a tournament using a custom course it will cost the club one of those 22 Course Builders. {BUY MORE AT PRO SHOP}

Have I got that right so far?

I created a new custom course and scheduled a  tournament  on it. Now there are 8 slots left and 21 Course Builders.

Any ideas on whether the club owner can control the use of these options?

    Owners tools !

    Big help.

As a Club owner, you have the ability to invite members to the club, approve all membership requests, remove players from the club, transfer the club ownership to another club member, and close the club entirely.

    NEW

The country club owner will be able to set permissions for both creating courses and publishing tournaments with custom courses.

So is it permission for an  individual member or by title?

Permissions are set to Directors , Veterans , Members or recruits .  The club owner will have to choose who will have said permissions .... sorry Scott I thought you were an owner ..

I'm thinking that there is a glitch on the course builders given.  I can't think they meant to give the number mentioned for each place X the number of members that played.  It seems way too generous for something they want 400 credits for.  I could be wrong and this is their way of giving a "Christmas Bonus" to the CC's that participated.
