Transaction management of the club

  I do not have much time to play, and I wanted to spend the club's control to another player .. I went CLUB TOOLS, TOOLS OWNER, and TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF CLUB I entered the name of the player to whom I want to give the command. He says "is pending acceptance. You are still the owner until they accept the transfer." but the player chose fails to accept the transfer. What should I do? Or where did I go wrong? how do I tell it to accept the transfer?

  What does that mean?

  a) Did he get the WGT mail with the acceptance link?

  b) Did he fail to click on it?

  c) Did he click and the system failed to process it?

  If a) and c) are true, CS might help you.

  And if he clicked on it and declined, find another member who will take it on.

  When our previous owner decided his workload made keeping up with the club impossible, he put a message on the club forum asking if a member would like to take over. Which is how I ended up with the exalted title of "owner."

  but it is the player that I chose to be submitted by mail to WGT, or I have to present me the email that are currently the owners?

  None of this, if I understand you correctly.

  It should work like this:

  - You use "transfer ownership" in the owner tools,

  - WGT sends an email to that guy with a link to accept the transfer,

  - the recipient uses the link to complete it.

   

  Problems encountered in the past:

  - the email doesn't arrive,

  - the link doesn't work.

  It's best to be in close communication to ensure that it works.

   

  Your last resort is CS - see "help" below.

  This has happened to us in the past, so WGTIcon sent us the Link shown below.

  Copy it and send it to the new Owner-Elect in a PM & ask him to click on it.
