I don't know where to start, but I'll try and explain it to you. You joined in November and have been playing 2+ months. You just made your first post, and I would guess you don't search the Forum for help before buying any equipment of balls first. Since this was your first post I know you didn't ask for help before buying these balls.
The balls you bought are WGT Tour GI-SD (in lt blue). They cost 112 credits per sleeve of 3. They are rated as follows:
Distance 2.0 Spin 2.0 Durability 1.0 Meter Speed 1.0
Had you sought any info first you would have found that 1.0 durability balls are good for about 90 hits according to info posted in the forum, not counting putts.
Your scoring history shows you played 3 rounds 18 holes and 9 rounds of 9 holes on 01/14 and 01/15. Scores for those rounds totaled 589 strokes. Your putting average is 1.97 putts per round. This works out to be 35.46 putts /18 holes and 17.73 putts / 9 holes. If you round down to 35 and 17 then you had approximately 258 putts for the rounds and 331 counted strokes. Allowing for variance you easily exceeded the normal amount of hits each ball is good for. Obviously I don't know exactly how many rounds you played on that sleeve of balls.
In short you got what you paid for. WGT does throw you a bone, its called the starter ball. It allows you to "play the game for free". WGT never says you will be good at the game using the starter equipment and balls.
I would suggest in the future you search the forum before buying anything. If after searching you don't find out what you want to know, post a question asking for help. Had you asked about buying balls I would have suggested you try WGT G12-S or G-13S balls. They are a lot cheaper and will sustain about 120 hits per ball.
