Tournament conditions

  In ready go's and country club tourneys the hole location, green speed, and wind conditions are published.  However, I can't seem to find the same info for the monthly stroke play tourneys.  I assume the green speed will correspond to a player's current tier.  Are the hole locations and wind conditions random, or are they listed somewhere and I'm not looking in the right place?

  I don't think you see the hole locations, but just as you "sign up" or "tee off" down on the bottom border of the rectangle window will give you the wind and green conditions.

  I'm thinking about entering my first big pay tournament....however I'd really like to do it WITHOUT heavy winds, since I'm still sort of a rookie.  So for the April Tour Pro tournament at Kiawah, could anyone help me out and tell me if the wind is heavy?  I'd really appreciate it.  I'll work up to heavy winds eventually but I'd really like to start my first pay tourney without them.
