Ya I know this was discussed before, like in 2009, however someone at WGT needs to watch a pro golfer hit flop shots and learn the damn shot....height, spin, softness of landing.  I hit a lw loft shot(19yrs) full up hill(18th SA), one would think it would stop dead with some roll back, instead of rolling up the hill 30 feet giving me a total 29 yrd shot w/ 19 yr loft club.  So, WGT..are your programmers that ignorant of golf, there is no fix, or don't you give a shite?

I've hit that shot 100's of times with the same wedge you use and starter balls, unless you were hitting with a strong wind, something is goofy.

But, for sure if you ACTUALLY got it to roll up that hill with your 64 degree wedge on a flop, then something is definitely amiss...if my shot lands on any of the up hill portion of the slope, it just sits there.

I just hit a flop on SA#18 set for what I use for 22 yds. full back spin, Cal Legend ball, and it went 9 yds past the pin. A side wind of 28 mph. I adjusted for the wind and the ball almost hit the pin. I wonder if the wind made the ball roll that far past the pin even though it was a side wind coming from the left.

The longer the flop, the more it begins to act like a pitch, you get more roll out!

I've too seen many flop shots roll out when hitting into a headwind, and stopping on a dime or backing up with a tailwind. Exact opposite of what one would expect. Even still, once you get used to the built in nuances, it is one of the most valued shots in my bag.......

I can tell you a lot about Flop frustration, but in order to protect the innocent(well thats debateable) I will not mention names.

    Personally I blame beer.

I seem to handle flop shots better after a few shots, lol

easiest way to play it is play a full shot instead... works so much better than the flop shot for me... ball may not stop as fast as you would like but it's more controllable than a longer range flop shot...

Top players will use the Flop most of the time unless its a str8 forward chip or pitch,
