how do you go through the levels. e.g. master to tour master
there doesn't seem to be any definate boundary or if there is i dont know about it?
A average of 63 should do it. Your close.
Less CTTH games and more rounds at St. Andrews and you'll be there in a few days. Be careful what you wish for though.
