No credits for videos

    Hi there, I have been watching many available 2 credit videos the last 3 days, which are not being credited. Once,  a month ago, same thing happened but they were credited overnight. Now nothing, last night I had 2 videos give me 4 credits instead of 15-20 I watched.

    Anybody else have this problem? My device is an IPad Air 2, and I use the mobile App

    Yes , in our club forum I've had several members say the same thing .

    Experiencing the same problem on my device, before and after the latest upgrade.

    It happens to me from time to time. Not sure why, but at least I do get some credits.

    watched over 100 vids last night - 30 credits!!!!
