i will agree, this morning on Olympic, 2.8 ft putt hit it 4 ft, no up, stopped dead at2.7. later on st Andrews, 5 ft on 1 right as it's about to fall,broke left and stopped on the edge of the cup, hole 3, played the break, ball went straight, hole 5 same thing, ball didn,t break, hole 7 3 ft ball left at an angle. yesterday on merion, par 3 3rd, had a 3 ft putt ,heavy left to right break, aimed up hill, ball took off to the right as soon as I hit it. rolled off the green.
this has been going on for a long time now. I had on the 9th, st Andrews, a 15 mph+ wind left to right, played it into the wind, it didn't even move it, I have had my 205 4 iron hit 187 with a tail wind and only 5 ft up, and i'm not the only one, I have played with many other players that this happens to on a continual basis, putts rimming out when they are running slow, winds not moving the ball, breaks not breaking or showing no break and the ball breaks. whatever,
