    Moin moin

Can some (or one) of the friendly computer wizzards help me out?

I found some nice trophy cups here in the forums that I would like to use for our cc masterships. Thanks to the guys who shared those here. Unfortunally I am not able to post them on walls of players. I tried it with "tiny pics" program, but that doesn`t work. Any help would be very appraciated.

    Cheers,  Friedel

I use the Paint program to create awards and trophy's , Then I use an online web site called Imgur to store those pics , From Imur you can copy and paste them to WGT ..

I can help you out if you like , Just let me know ..

    Ha-ha don't talk nonsense Craig....the game's on Sunday!

Pics on walls-  paste the image url* into 'insert media' as usual then change the 550 to 225 to fit wall post box.

    * I use postimage.com to get a URL and use the 'direct link' from the options.

One thing I would like to add about picture widths, is that you can use a percentage value. So if you want a picture to fill up the *width of a wall, forum or blog post, specify the width as 100%, not a pixel value.

If this does not work, then it's because the original width of the picture is smaller than the width of where you're posting it. You can rectify this by clicking on the image in the message editor to select it, then click the edit image icon and enter 100% in the first dimensions box in the edit image dialogue, the picture should then expand to fill the *width of where you are posting it.

*(Margins and padding usually comes into play to ensure that pictures are not squashed up against the edges of webpage areas because that looks a bit shoddy).

My PC skills are not up to much also.

I asked a very similar question some time ago.

The answer I was given was use Bing Images there is then no need for any image hosting site you just copy and paste as normal.

Hope this helps in some way
