If you refuse to payout prizes for tournements it doesn't matter how many courses you have you lose credibility and will lose players.  Repeat DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THIS GAME.   I am still waiting for prizes from 3 months ago and many others are as well.  Stop introducing new courses and other news until you payout what you owe.

    Thank you

Agree, absolutely pathetic way to treat  customers (assuming they have the $ to pay the prizes)....starting to wonder if I ever get the US open trip or  any of the gift cards.

Whoa a sure sign they are in trouble if they can't or won't pay their customers. And they want us to pay for cartoon golf .....ain't never going to happen....I'd be very very careful how much money you spend on this site.

Good news, just received an email from Eric at WGT.  Plans are now being made for the US Open trip.  He also told me I should be expecting my item from the elite collection shortly, and sure enough, FedEx attempted to deliver it this morning!

Sorry for the negative comment WGT, my faith has been restored.

Perhaps a call to the California Attorney General (916) 445-9555 will help.

Reporting bad service from a business is your right as a consumer. Detailing service that was less than honorable helps other consumers avoid being taken advantage of, and helps businesses improve their customer service. To file a report concerning bad business practices in California, you can contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and/or the attorney general's office. The BBB and attorney general investigate consumer issues and help rectify complaints with a solution that is fair to both the consumer and business involved. The BBB will also register the public complaint against the business so other consumers can be made aware of any past issues with that business.

Come on WGT!  Pay off what you owe, at least in a timely manner...;/
ps.... Congratulations of your recent news BB. You've earned it.

    Great news bolly :)

Nobody can blame you for having been a bit cheesed off though.

Makes me feel better about the clubs now...

Hey Eric, can you email me and let me know when these clubs are coming please?? :)

I see your prize was already in the pipeline....Ahhhhh you don't suppose your complain forced them to pony up.....Naaaaaaaaa  they wouldn't try to screw you out of a prize you won.
