    As you guys already know, we are getting these done as soon as possible. Some of you already been in communication and others, if you just be a bit more patient, it will be settled

    I'm still waiting for the February Master Tier Open gift card, but even worse, the February Tour Master Tier Open wasnt even thought about yet... at least there was no notification of having won that tourney at my wall. Told them that real golf season starts and it would be great to get the gift cards as soon as possible... hope they will handle it pretty soon. Still dont understand where the problem is with sending a golfsmith gift card... cmon give me the mail adress of the people, send me the money and i will do those gift cards for u :-) Cheers

    My situation is the same Hans. I won the Golf digest New Year's Shootout at the end of february, for a set of Taylormade clubs, but like you, have not even had the notification email.

    Frustrating, like you say, the golf season is already well under way and it would be good to use our prizes.

    But I guess it's just a case of being patient as Icon says. they are sorting prizes out, albeit very slowly..

    The best way to resolve the issue is to email us.  We are working on tracking these all down and getting them shipped.  Apparently shipping real world goods to thousands of people is pretty hard.  We have a ton more respect for amazon now.

    Thanks for the the input.   I think a simple confirmation email would go a long way!  When I order an elite collection item, and hear nothing from WGT for 5-6 weeks, I start to wonder if it got completely missed.  Same thing for the february (and older) prizes people are waiting on.  To use your amazon example, I'm assuming they have millions of transactions per day, but you are always kept in the loop on the status of your order.

    Not tryin to rag on WGT, but it would alleviate the need for these kinds of negative threads!

    Concerning the mails... I sent 4 of them until now =) Concerning the real life goods... its a gift card! isnt that sendable per mail? xD

    I agree, we will improve the communication of the prizes and their fulfillment.  You probably already do this but, it helps us a lot if you make sure you have a valid email address that you check in your "my profile" section.
