  I consider the ball purchases to be the green fees. Custom balls disappear in OOB, water and also after a certain number of shots, so we have to constantly buy new sleeves.

  Good thing is, we decide about the amount, from "free" to "expensive".

  Probably never, those 2 courses do not belong to WGT, they were made by Trugolf.

  Nope, no other courses have ever had green fees.

  There were supposed to have been more Tru-Golf courses but  Tru-Golf never got the revenue they expected or wanted plus many were complaining about the courses so no more were made.
