St Andrews #9 - Lost Ball?

  Since when do you lose a ball hitting into the fescue by the bush to the left of the green on #9 of St Andrews???  I have been there on numerous occasions and have never LOST A BALL... That is *** to take a ball that they charge $1.00 for because it goes into fescue or even a small bush!!

  How about this one. Kia off the tee hit the ball a little right and ended up in the 1st cut rough, sign comes up saying I landed in the weeds and zoom ball was gone and replaced. Sent in a bug report  requesting that my ball be replaced, nope, nothing, nada on the request.
